This juvenile creature belongs to a bloodsucking species native to Yok Tural known for preying upon livestock. Owing to their sanguine eyes, sharp fangs, protruding tongue, and spiky back, they have long been feared as demons, but they are harmless when young, feeding only on nectar until they are able to hunt.
