The deck I used against Flichoriel during the "Manderville Tournament of Champions", works quite well with the plus rule, by no means easy to use, however.

If you play first bait out Darnus with Estinein in 1 and then counter with Lahabrea in 5, from there you can play a couple of different ways like playing Alpha in 4 or Onion Knight in 3. If you don't play first I found going after their Darnus with Lahabrea is a good opener.

Alternative Cards are

Chief Keyward Lahabrea ---> Lahabrea
Onion Knight ---> Any Ace to the left card with decent up/down numbers.
Waukkeon isn't always going to work out great, but I found on certain decks Flichoirel will play he does well.
