Blue start: Forgiven Obscenity in bottom middle, then Eros on bottom right if he takes Obscenity (he almost always did for me). If he plays Progenitrix on middle left, counter with Squall in top right. Then he should follow up with middle right; slap Philia in mid, then just play out the match. He followed this pattern more often than not for me and it was a guaranteed win every time.

Red start is a bit of a wildcard, but if he starts in the top row, I put Squall in top left or top middle and played out the match from there.
