Description
A new Ultima Weapon prototype constructed by the VIIth Legion. Though their first attempt in the Ruby Weapon was summarily trounced by the Warrior of Light, it did yield a great deal of data which was incorporated into the design of this newest creation. Its affinity for water is said to be attributed to a primal it consumed in the Corvos Narrow.
